The Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) was established in 1962 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The OUAT has the distinction of second oldest agricultural university in the country. The institute is is dedicated to agriculture education and research. The University has separate wings for research, extension services and planning, monitoring & evaluation, etc. The OUT has 4 campuses across Odisha. These are Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Brahmapur, Bhawanipatna. The main academic and administrative unit is OUAT Bhubaneswar.
