The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology University Bhubaneshwar or the KIITEE is a common entrance exam that is conducted for entrance and admission to different kinds of courses including the MBA program.
KIITEE Management Eligibility Criteria
All the candidates who wish to get entry in to the MBA programs that are supported by KIITEE should have a graduate degree in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). They should also have a minimum of 15 years of education as per the 10+2+3 norm. They should also possess 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. The percentage of aggregate marks is calculated on the basis of the concerned university or institution. In case the concerned university or institution doesn’t support the converting of CGPA into equivalent marks, percentage scores would be calculated by the division of the obtained CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100. Candidates who are in their final year are also eligible to apply for this examination. However, they must have appeared for the same by end of June and provide relevant results.
KIITEE Exam Pattern
The KIITEE examination is basically an objective type multiple choice tests that is computer based. The examination is spread over 2 and half hours and the language of the questions will be in English. All the students are awarded 3 marks for the right or correct repossess. And there is a deduction of 1 mark for the wrong answers. In case you chose not to answer a question, there is no loss of marks. Questions from following study areas are asked.
Quantitative Aptitude: 40 marks
Analytical Reasoning 40 marks
English: 30 marks
General Knowledge: 20 marks
Issues of Social Concern: 20 marks
