Eligibility for BGU Bhubaneswar
For MBA Admission
Candidate should have good academic record and scored minimum 50 percent marks his/her Graduation. Candidates appearing for their final year graduation examination must submit their mark sheet immediately on the receipt of the same.
For admission into MBA programme of BGU Bhubaneswar applicant must have valid CAT / XAT / CMAT or MAT. For details see
Management Entrance Exams
Graduates with minimum 50 percent marks from any recognized university and having studied mathematics and statistics subjects at their undergraduate stream (BSc/BA- Stat, Math or Eco as Major) / BCom / BTech / BBA (With Finance as Major).
For MAJMC Admission
A recognised bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing in final examinations of bachelor's degree can also apply.
For Undergraduate Courses
The Candidate should have passed 10+2 from Indian School System (with Minimum 50% in best of 4 subjects). Candidates appearing in final examinations can also apply.
For PhD Admission
Candidates for admission to the Ph.D. programme shall have a Master's degree or a Professional degree declared equivalent to the Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed)or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.
